Real North West evidence
See the projects fit-out and commercial electrical or M&E firms could investigate.
Not a mock-up: this is a genuine multi-trade research sample built from planning decisions dated 16 June to 13 July 2026 and limited to 20 miles around Southport. It shows how one approval can be relevant to different services, from a new shopfront and hospitality conversions to the Alchemy Way logistics scheme, a mixed office and day-centre conversion in Lytham, and a new dental practice in Billinge.
Your bought pack is narrower and more useful to you.
Choose a 10, 15 or 20-mile radius around your postcode and your trade. We then filter and personally review the results before delivery. Applicant, agent and Companies House details are shown only when the public record supports a verified identity; where it does not, the pack tells you to check the council record rather than guessing a contact.
Relevant-project guarantee: if no project reasonably matches the trade and radius you supply, tell us within seven days of delivery and we’ll refund the pack price.
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. KnockFirst is run by Ryan Stephens, trading as KnockFirst. Questions? stephensr2002@gmail.com.
